Ahmet Özdağ, the Vice-Chairman of Saray Holding and one of the founders of Saray Bisküvi and Food Industry Inc. which is among the top three companies in Turkey's branded products in its sector, worked as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Saray Bisküvi Inc., the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Ihsar Foreign Trade Inc., the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Ensar Electronics and Mechanics.

Today; he is the Vice-Chairman of Saray Holding Inc. which employs thousands of people in its 15 affiliates in Istanbul, Karaman, Kirklareli, Düzce, Denizli, Kütahya, Ukraine Kiev, Switzerland Geneva and Saudi Arabia Jeddah.

Ahmet Özdağ, born in Karaman in 1963, has completed his education in Karaman and is married with 3 children.
